When a user registers from a location, his/her account gets linked to that location. Hence, the user will be able to watch the content which is available only in that location.
While traveling/relocating, the user will be able to watch only that content which is common between his/her registered and new location & is part of his/her subscription plan.
For example, if a movie which is common in content catalogs of his registered and new location and is part of his/her subscription plan then the user will be able to play the content.
However, if a movie which is available only in new location/country and is not part of his/her subscription plan will show up in the user's content catalog but will not be playable.
If the user wants to subscribe to the content available in new location, then he/she has to subscribe again from that location.
