Please check if you’ve signed up using a valid Email ID. If you haven’t received a Verification Email, login to your ALTT account, either on the website or the Mobile App, and follow the below steps;

Go to ‘My Accounts’ and check your Email ID. If it’s incorrect, register yourself with a valid Email ID.

Once registered, you’ll receive a Verification Email from ALTT.

Verify your Email ID using the link provided and you're done!
