Please check if you’ve signed up using a valid Email ID. If you haven’t received a Verification Email, login to your ALTT account, either on the website or the Mobile App, and follow the below steps;
Go to ‘My Accounts’ and check your Email ID. If it’s incorrect, register yourself with a valid Email ID.
Once registered, you’ll receive a Verification Email from ALTT.
Verify your Email ID using the link provided and you're done!
If you can’t find the email in your Inbox please check your Spam folder. If the problem persists please contact our support team from the ‘Contact Us’ Section, or write to us directly at support@altt.co.in
